Add new "local" Administrative User
Hi I have windows vista enterprise 64bits. I would like to add a LOCAL user (Domain = "this computer"). I when into "Control Panel" -> "User Accounts" -> "Manage User Accounts" -> (I can see the list of users) "Add..." Then I enter the user name: "UserTest" and domain "ComputerName", and then I got an error: "The user UserTest could not be added because it does not exist" Of course the UserTest does not exist because I WANT TO CREATE IT How can I add a new user? Local user to the machine, it is to say, it does not exist in any network domain.

See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Create-a-user-account Please follow the steps described under the domain session.
